Jessica Cargile is the Co-Owner & CFO of North Ridge Contracting and the Head of the Design & Marketing department. She is deeply involved in every phase of the custom design-build process. Jessica personally oversees every aspect of the budget while simultaneously directing the design team to meet the highest quality standards and current design trends.
Outside of work, Jessica is deeply involved in the community.  As a member of NIBCA & PBW, she is committed to understand the social and economic impacts facing the building industry. In addition to advocating for North Idaho, Jessica donates her time as a Love Box Leader with Spokane Angels, supporting foster children and families in the area. Jessica is a dedicated mother and devoted lover of dogs. When she’s not walking her dog, Huckleberry, Jessica can be found in her garden or in the kitchen trying new recipes.
 

Marissa Davenport has been employed with Monogram Homes for 10 years. She manages the office and is the Director of client experience ensuring to meet their expectations. Married for 27 years with 2 children and 5 grandchildren. She is proud and active in her Christian community and enjoys leading her life group. When not working you will find her busy with her 5 grandkids or at the gym. 
Fun fact – she shares her birthday with her Husband.

Joining North Ridge Contracting has allowed me to showcase my varied experience within the design industry. It is my  primary responsibility to facilitate strong communications with our customers and our production team while supporting the homeowner through the design process. My duties don't stop with just selecting materials. I am hands-on, involved throughout the building process to ensure the homeowners custom home fulfills their personalized aesthetic. I am grateful to belong to such a knowledgable, caring team and I am extremely proud of the quality homes we build at North Ridge.

I’m Jaclyn Scotch and I’ve had the honor of serving my community in the Pacific Northwest in many ways. I began my career in the finance industry in 2011, working in retail banking where I specialized in personal banking relationships and small businesses. In 2018, I transitioned into the home loan sector. I’m incredibly passionate about this industry and helping people throughout their homeownership journeys.

My experience in retail banking gave me the ability to assist my customers with a well-rounded approach to help ensure long-term financial security and sound decision-making. I was raised within the residential construction industry and have focused my efforts on understanding the needs and processes of building one’s dream home. 

 

I have been in the flooring industry in Kootenai county since 2005. I am working out of our Liberty Lake showroom, serving North Idaho. My passion is working in relationship with my builders and clients to create the home they have always wanted with the budget that works for them. Amie is a passionate advocate for affordable housing and responsible, sustainable growth.  She volunteers with Habitat for Humanity and PAHA and is an active member of the NAHB, IHBA and NIBCA. She served as 2022 President of the PWB and served as Secretary in 2021. In 2022 Amie was honored as the Professional Women of the Year award and NIBCA Associate of the Year. Amie serves as the 2023-2024 Associate VP for NIBCA.

Michelle Rene is an Associate Broker and REALTOR with Windermere Coeur d'Alene Realty specializing in Coeur d'Alene Real Estate and the surrounding areas including Post Falls, Hayden, Dalton Gardens, Rathdrum, Hauser, Spirit Lake, Athol, Harrison and most areas within Kootenai County. Michelle helps buyers, sellers and investors with single family homes, multi-family, vacant land, investments, luxury real estate and waterfront homes. Community involvement includes: Past President Professional Women in Building (NIBCA), Parade of Homes Committee, Coeur d'Alene Visitor Bureau, and CdA Chamber of Commerce. Sandra Teal is the Business Development and Relationship Manager for ServiceMaster by Compass, serving Kootenai County & Spokane County. Since 2011, she has been building her career in the disaster restoration industry and joined ServiceMaster by Compass in February of 2021. She is passionate about helping our customers navigate through unexpected disaster related circumstances, get them the help they need, and remain available throughout the process. 

Sandra is a third generation Idaho native and has deep family roots in Kootenai County. Throughout her career, she has built many great working relationships within our community and continues to do so. She serves on the leadership team for Elite Business Connections (EBC), on the Board of Directors for Spokane Home Builders Association (SHBA), and is actively involved with the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).
