Levi Snyder has a wealth of experience in the construction industry and has been a valuable member of the North Idaho Building Contractors Association (NIBCA) for almost a decade. His background as an assistant to his contractor grandfather, as well as his bachelor's degree from Regent University, have helped him to succeed in his role as the Vice President of the NIBCA and the General Manager of Monogram Homes. He has been able to combine his professional experience with his educational background to achieve these leadership positions. It's clear that Levi is dedicated to the building industry and is committed to helping the NIBCA grow and thrive.

In addition to real estate listing and selling, I have intimate knowledge of custom home construction and land development. Many of my transactions have been on North Idaho's beautiful lakes and rivers which I love to indulge in with friends and family boating, fishing and any many other recreational water sport activities.
I am a skiing enthusiast! I can also be found with my family at the local resorts in the winter time taking powder turns and socializing with other winter sport fanatics. Dale Cargile is a native of Idaho, and has been in the construction industry for 40+ years. He comes from a deep construction family background. He received degrees in both architectural drafting and carpentry from his time at the University of Washington, Spokane Community College, and the Spokane Carpenters Apprenticeship Program. He worked his way up through the ranks, from entry level labor to carpenter foreman and on to be project superintendent, overseeing large commercial projects – Libraries, DOT facilities, apartment complexes and university remodels. From his years in the field to his years in estimating and project management, he knows the industry from top to bottom. Dale opened North Ridge in 2004, to be home with family and bring his knowledge of commercial standards into his high quality and beautiful Custom Homes.
