The Home & Garden Show Executive Committee meets to provide leadership, strategic direction, and high-level oversight for the NIBCA’s annual Home & Garden Shows. This group guides major decisions related to event structure, budgeting, sponsorship strategy, vendor approvals, and long-range planning for both the Coeur d’Alene and Sandpoint shows.
During this meeting, the committee reviews recommendations from subcommittees, evaluates vendor and sponsor proposals, and discusses key operational considerations such as layout planning, attendee experience, education programming, and community partnerships.
The Executive Committee ensures the show remains aligned with NIBCA’s mission, industry standards, and community impact goals—ultimately shaping an event that elevates our association, supports our members, and delivers an exceptional experience for exhibitors and attendees.
