Membership Committee Meeting - 2026

Description

The Membership Committee meets to support engagement efforts and strengthen member retention across the association. They discuss outreach strategies and identify opportunities to better serve our members.

This meeting also includes updates on upcoming events (GMMS and Mixers) and initiatives that help connect members, build community, and grow the NIBCA. Your participation ensures we continue fostering a welcoming, informed, and engaged membership base.

MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE PURPOSE:
The foundation of the Membership Team is to recruit and retain new members. They organize membership drives and new member orientations. They are tasked with the training of new members regarding ethics, bylaws, technology, professionalism, and whatever other pertinent information is deemed necessary which will provide those members with the opportunity to achieve the level of knowledge and skill necessary to be productive, successful members of the home-building industry.
