The NIBCA Workforce Development Committee is dedicated to making a meaningful impact on students and the future workforce through hands-on projects, industry collaboration, and community engagement. Working closely with the Student Chapter, the committee focuses on enhancing learning experiences, providing real-world resources, and supporting students as they transition from school into the construction industry.

As we kick off 2026, the committee will continue its work on key initiatives such as Junk Wars and Cows, Cars & Careers, while also identifying new opportunities to strengthen workforce pipelines, industry partnerships, and student engagement across North Idaho.
