2023 NIBCA Financial Committee

Alex is the team leader for TitleOne in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.  He has been in the real estate and title industry for seven years and is the 2022-2023 Secretary/Treasurer for NIBCA.  He's been a member of the Associates Committee for four years and is also a member of Impact Coeur d'Alene.  He is a graduate of University of Idaho, earning a B.S. in Wildlife Resources.  Alex is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, skiing and running.  Alex Received the Kootenai County Young Professionals Top 30 under 40 award in 2022 and is a dedicated supporter of a healthy building industry and the North Idaho community.  

Dale Cargile is a native of Idaho,  and has been in the construction industry for 40+ years.  He comes from a deep construction family background.  He received degrees in both architectural drafting and carpentry from his time at the University of Washington, Spokane Community College, and the Spokane Carpenters Apprenticeship Program. He worked his way up through the ranks, from entry level labor to carpenter foreman and on to be project superintendent, overseeing large commercial projects – Libraries, DOT facilities, apartment complexes and university remodels.  From his years in the field to his years in estimating and project management, he knows the industry from top to bottom. Dale opened North Ridge in 2004, to be home with family and bring his knowledge of commercial standards into his high quality and beautiful Custom Homes.
