Marissa Davenport has been employed with Monogram Homes for 10 years. She manages the office and is the Director of client experience ensuring to meet their expectations. Married for 27 years with 2 children and 5 grandchildren. She is proud and active in her Christian community and enjoys leading her life group. When not working you will find her busy with her 5 grandkids or at the gym. 
Fun fact – she shares her birthday with her Husband.

Ashley owns and operates multiple businesses with her main hustle being her company dedicated to consulting entrepreneurs into financial prosperity. When she isn’t creating and operating multiple businesses she is volunteering with numerous non-profits in the CDA community or sitting in a school pick up line. Happily married to a hunk with a beard and three wild children at home (yes three children is the craziest number). She proudly serves as the President this year for PWB and spends her summer camping, backpacking, and attempting to hit a tiny ball into a hole 200+ yards away.
 

I’m Jaclyn Scotch and I’ve had the honor of serving my community in the Pacific Northwest in many ways. I began my career in the finance industry in 2011, working in retail banking where I specialized in personal banking relationships and small businesses. In 2018, I transitioned into the home loan sector. I’m incredibly passionate about this industry and helping people throughout their homeownership journeys.

My experience in retail banking gave me the ability to assist my customers with a well-rounded approach to help ensure long-term financial security and sound decision-making. I was raised within the residential construction industry and have focused my efforts on understanding the needs and processes of building one’s dream home. 

 

Jessica Cargile is the Co-Owner & CFO of North Ridge Contracting and the Head of the Design & Marketing department. She is deeply involved in every phase of the custom design-build process. Jessica personally oversees every aspect of the budget while simultaneously directing the design team to meet the highest quality standards and current design trends.
Outside of work, Jessica is deeply involved in the community.  As a member of NIBCA & PBW, she is committed to understand the social and economic impacts facing the building industry. In addition to advocating for North Idaho, Jessica donates her time as a Love Box Leader with Spokane Angels, supporting foster children and families in the area. Jessica is a dedicated mother and devoted lover of dogs. When she’s not walking her dog, Huckleberry, Jessica can be found in her garden or in the kitchen trying new recipes.
 

I have been in the flooring industry in Kootenai county since 2005. I am working out of our Liberty Lake showroom, serving North Idaho. My passion is working in relationship with my builders and clients to create the home they have always wanted with the budget that works for them. Amie Pace is a mortgage advisor with over 15 years of experience and has the knowledge and skills to help clients pre-approve for a mortgage loan so they can move forward with their home-buying journey with confidence.
Amie is a passionate advocate for affordable housing and responsible, sustainable growth.  She volunteers with Habitat for Humanity and PAHA and is an active member of the NAHB, IHBA and NIBCA. She served as 2022 President of the PWB and served as Secretary in 2021. In 2022 Amie was honored as the Professional Women of the Year award and NIBCA Associate of the Year. Amie serves as the 2023-2024 Associate VP for NIBCA.

Since 2011, I've been building my career in the disaster restoration industry and I joined ServiceMaster by Compass in February of 2021.
