I have been in the flooring industry in Kootenai county since 2005. I am working out of our Liberty Lake showroom, serving North Idaho. My passion is working in relationship with my builders and clients to create the home they have always wanted with the budget that works for them. I'm blessed to be the Business Development and Relationship Manager for ServiceMaster by Compass, serving Kootenai County & Spokane County.

Since 2011, I've been building my career in the disaster restoration industry and I joined ServiceMaster by Compass in February of 2021. I'm passionate about helping our customers navigate through unexpected disaster related circumstances, get them the help they need, and remain available throughout the process. 

I'm a third generation Idaho native and have deep family roots in Kootenai County. I've been fortunate to built many great working relationships within our community and continue to do so.

I serve on the leadership team for Elite Business Connections (EBC) and as Membership Board Chair for NIBCA's PWB and SHBA's PWB.

Marissa Davenport has been employed with Monogram Homes for 10 years. She manages the office and is the Director of client experience ensuring to meet their expectations. Married for 27 years with 2 children and 5 grandchildren. She is proud and active in her Christian community and enjoys leading her life group. When not working you will find her busy with her 5 grandkids or at the gym. 
Fun fact – she shares her birthday with her Husband.
