Dale Cargile is a native of Idaho,  and has been in the construction industry for 40+ years.  He comes from a deep construction family background.  He received degrees in both architectural drafting and carpentry from his time at the University of Washington, Spokane Community College, and the Spokane Carpenters Apprenticeship Program. He worked his way up through the ranks, from entry level labor to carpenter foreman and on to be project superintendent, overseeing large commercial projects – Libraries, DOT facilities, apartment complexes and university remodels.  From his years in the field to his years in estimating and project management, he knows the industry from top to bottom. Dale opened North Ridge in 2004, to be home with family and bring his knowledge of commercial standards into his high quality and beautiful Custom Homes. 

Cel Demers is the Retail Sales Director for Floor and Home and Spokane Floor Trader. Cel has been an active member of the NIBCA since 2014. She has served in many capacities including, Parade of Homes Chair, PR Chair, Associate Vice President, and is currently your NIBCA 2023 2^nd VP. Cel also started our local YP committee in 2019. She has worked in the building industry since 2010. Cel strives to promote the building industry on a local, state, and national level. Her passion for the building industry is felt when working with her clients and staff. During the summer you will find Cel and her husband Josh on one of the many North Idaho lakes and during the winter you will find her on the mountains enjoying a nice day of skiing.

Matt Fisher is the owner and president of Shelter Associates, northern Idaho's premier custom home builder. Matt and his team work one-on-one with property owners and their architect/designer to build unique, inspired, one-of-a-kind homes with integrity and attention to detail.

At age five my mom enrolled me into art classes, and that’s when I knew I wanted to have a career that would allow my creativity to run wild! I recently made a career change that is allowing me to do just that. I work for Selkirk Construction as a project coordinator and interior designer. I guide clients through the entire build process. My main goal is to help them convey their vision into reality. I’m a wealth of knowledge with a Bachelors of Interior Design and 10 years under my belt with Sherwin-Williams.
