Marissa Davenport has been employed with Monogram Homes for 10 years. She manages the office and is the Director of client experience ensuring to meet their expectations. Married for 27 years with 2 children and 5 grandchildren. She is proud and active in her Christian community and enjoys leading her life group. When not working you will find her busy with her 5 grandkids or at the gym. 
Fun fact – she shares her birthday with her Husband.

I have been in the flooring industry in Kootenai county since 2005. I am working out of our Liberty Lake showroom, serving North Idaho. My passion is working in relationship with my builders and clients to create the home they have always wanted with the budget that works for them. After 25 years in the industry, my experience brings a whole new level of lending expertise. I always tell my clients I am the weirdest loan officer that they will ever work with as I am OCD on the details and transparency of their loan. The greatest compliment I received from a client, was that after purchasing/selling multiple homes, they FINALLY understood the entire process. Sad that their previous experiences didn't measure up to my level but the great news is, these clients were extremely happy. I have been in the trade for 20 years, hold my Idaho journeyman Plumbers license, and Idaho Plumbing contractor license. I grew up in a construction family and am 2nd generation plumber/Plumbing contractor. I've lived in the great state of Idaho for 17 years, married my best friend here and chose to raise my kids here. I attend church here and serve as a youth leader.
