A Navy veteran, Brian went back to school after a break following deployment and received his Associate’s degrees in Graphic and Web Design from North Idaho College. While attending college, he learned that he had a mind for web development beyond what was taught and has in the years since completed a myriad of web-related jobs, including strategizing, designing, and building fully-functional websites and applications beginning-to-end. He’s had the pleasure of building many custom sites from the ground-up, as well as working with many different foundations, libraries, content management systems, and coding languages.

Justin has been an artist since the day he was born and discovered his love for graphic design at an early age. Raised by an incredibly-talented salesman father and plant-scientist-turned-teacher mother, Justin fused his love for the arts and science in the advertising world after beginning his education career in mechanical engineering. Justin graduated from the University of Idaho and has since spent his time working as an in-house designer and marketer, as a freelancer, as the marketing director for one of the largest ad agencies in the CDA-Spokane Metro Area, and as of 2020, decided to strike it out on his own and start his own advertising agency where he utilizes the skills, tools, and network that he’s established over the previous years working in the industry.

Kaden is a digital media artist. His favorite types of filmmaking are vlog-style, commercial, and documentary. He has spent countless hours on-set in the Pacific Northwest and makes filming from a skateboard look way too easy. Creating YouTube videos with his friends in high school fueled a creative itch that never went away and sent him to college at Eastern Washington University, where he completed his Bachelor’s degree in Communication & Multimedia. Kaden has a knack for crushing the process of going from ideation to finished product and is a self-appointed “straight-up champion,” which the Blackbird team fully agrees with.
