Dale Cargile is a native of Idaho,  and has been in the construction industry for 40+ years.  He comes from a deep construction family background.  He received degrees in both architectural drafting and carpentry from his time at the University of Washington, Spokane Community College, and the Spokane Carpenters Apprenticeship Program. He worked his way up through the ranks, from entry level labor to carpenter foreman and on to be project superintendent, overseeing large commercial projects – Libraries, DOT facilities, apartment complexes and university remodels.  From his years in the field to his years in estimating and project management, he knows the industry from top to bottom. Dale opened North Ridge in 2004, to be home with family and bring his knowledge of commercial standards into his high quality and beautiful Custom Homes. 

Cel Demers is the PNW Territory Rep for Mir Collections. Cel has been an active member of the NIBCA since 2014. She has served in many capacities including, Parade of Homes Chair, PR Chair, Associate Vice President, and is currently your NIBCA 2024 1st Vice President. Cel also started our local YP committee in 2019. She has worked in the building industry since 2010. Cel strives to promote the building industry on a local, state, and national level. Her passion for the building industry is felt when working with her clients and staff. During the summer you will find Cel and her husband Josh on one of the many North Idaho lakes and during the winter you will find her on the mountains enjoying a nice day of skiing.

Heidi La Bolle, Interior Designer and Project Coordinator, provides guidance for every color, selection and finish for each home. Heidi has a Bachelor’s of Interior Design and has extensive knowledge in color theory. Her passion for design, combined with over a decade of experience in the industry will make bringing your vision to life a reality. Since a young age she’s enjoyed expressing herself creatively through art and music. It is her belief that each client is unique and that self expression is an important aspect of our build process. Nothing is more personal than your home and you can trust Heidi to do a great job making it your own! Outside of work, Heidi enjoys spending time with her spouse and young daughter doing outdoor activities and camping!

As the owner of Restorage Closet Works, Merritt Timm enjoys helping his clients transform cluttered closets into beautiful, functional spaces that they can be proud of. Working with his hands in the North Idaho residential building trades the majority of his career, partnering with the NIBCA has been a natural fit. Merritt is chairperson for the 2024 Home and Garden Show Committee.
 

Scott Krajack is the Land Development Director for RYN Built Homes.  RYN is a residential developer and builder with projects in North Idaho, Eastern Washington, the Tri-cities area of Central Washington, and Missoula Montana.  Scott has degrees in urban & regional planning from Arizona State University and the University of Pennsylvania.  When he isn’t working, he spends time with his wife and two college age daughters and can often be found swimming in Lake Coeur d’Alene or at a local pub watching football.

Marissa Davenport has been employed with Monogram Homes for 10 years. She manages the office and is the Director of client experience ensuring to meet their expectations. Married for 27 years with 2 children and 5 grandchildren. She is proud and active in her Christian community and enjoys leading her life group. When not working you will find her busy with her 5 grandkids or at the gym.

I have lived here most of my life and have been lucky enough to enjoy all that the area has to offer. I love hiking, gardening, fishing camping, concerts, and exploring the outdoors with my husband and two dogs.

I joined the Real Estate industry after spending 11 years in Hospitality Sales, Marketing and Customer Service. I love problem solving and being a resource for my clients. Jessica Cargile is the Co-Owner & CFO of North Ridge Contracting and the Head of the Design & Marketing department. She is deeply involved in every phase of the custom design-build process. Jessica personally oversees every aspect of the budget while simultaneously directing the design team to meet the highest quality standards and current design trends.
Outside of work, Jessica is deeply involved in the community.  As a member of NIBCA & PBW, she is committed to understand the social and economic impacts facing the building industry. In addition to advocating for North Idaho, Jessica donates her time as a Love Box Leader with Spokane Angels, supporting foster children and families in the area. Jessica is a dedicated mother and devoted lover of dogs. When she’s not walking her dog, Huckleberry, Jessica can be found in her garden or in the kitchen trying new recipes.
 

Alex is the team leader for Title One in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.  He has been in the real estate and title industry for seven years and is the 2022-2023 Secretary/Treasurer for NIBCA.  He's been a member of the Associates Committee for four years and is also a member of Impact Coeur d'Alene.  He is a graduate of University of Idaho, earning a B.S. in Wildlife Resources.  Alex is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, skiing and running.  Alex Received the Kootenai County Young Professionals Top 30 under 40 award in 2022 and is a dedicated supporter of a healthy building industry and the North Idaho community.

Happily married to a hunk with a beard and three wild children at home (yes three children is the craziest number). She proudly serves as the President this year for PWB and spends her summer camping, backpacking, and attempting to hit a tiny ball into a hole 200+ yards away.

Born and raised in the Silver Valley (Kellogg, ID), I grew up on the CDA river, playing outdoors and in the mountains. I graduated from the University of Idaho in 2014 with a business degree and moved back to the "Big City" of CDA. My career in financial services started as a financial rep intern with Northwestern Mutual in 2013. In 2016, I joined Packard Wheeler Succession in our Employee Benefits divisions. I married my high school sweetheart in 2018 and together we have four children. The oldest two are adopted and the youngest two are bio (two boys, two girls) so we've got a good mix. Professionally, I focus on helping business owners strategically build and position their employee benefit plans to attract and retain quality employees. Personally, I'm still playing outdoors and up in the mountains - making memories with my family.
