Justin has been an artist since the day he was born and discovered his love for graphic design at an early age. Raised by an incredibly-talented salesman father and plant-scientist-turned-teacher mother, Justin fused his love for the arts and science in the advertising world after beginning his education career in mechanical engineering. Justin graduated from the University of Idaho and has since spent his time working as an in-house designer and marketer, as a freelancer, as the marketing director for one of the largest ad agencies in the CDA-Spokane Metro Area, and as of 2020, decided to strike it out on his own and start his own advertising agency where he utilizes the skills, tools, and network that he’s established over the previous years working in the industry.

Levi Snyder has a wealth of experience in the construction industry and has been a valuable member of the North Idaho Building Contractors Association (NIBCA) for almost a decade. His background as an assistant to his contractor grandfather, as well as his bachelor's degree from Regent University, have helped him to succeed in his role as the Vice President of the NIBCA and the General Manager of Monogram Homes. He has been able to combine his professional experience with his educational background to achieve these leadership positions. It's clear that Levi is dedicated to the building industry and is committed to helping the NIBCA grow and thrive.
Jessica Cargile
Jessica Cargile is the Co-Owner & CFO of North Ridge Contracting and the Head of the Design & Marketing department. She is deeply involved in every phase of the custom design-build process. Jessica personally oversees every aspect of the budget while simultaneously directing the design team to meet the highest quality standards and current design trends.
Outside of work, Jessica is deeply involved in the community. As a member of NIBCA & PBW, she is committed to understand the social and economic impacts facing the building industry. In addition to advocating for North Idaho, Jessica donates her time as a Love Box Leader with Spokane Angels, supporting foster children and families in the area. Jessica is a dedicated mother and devoted lover of dogs. When she’s not walking her dog, Huckleberry, Jessica can be found in her garden or in the kitchen trying new recipes.
Cel Demers

Cel Demers is the Retail Sales Director for Floor and Home and Spokane Floor Trader. Cel has been an active member of the NIBCA since 2014. She has served in many capacities including, Parade of Homes Chair, PR Chair, Associate Vice President, and is currently your NIBCA 2023 2nd VP. Cel also started our local YP committee in 2019. She has worked in the building industry since 2010. Cel strives to promote the building industry on a local, state, and national level. Her passion for the building industry is felt when working with her clients and staff. During the summer you will find Cel and her husband Josh on one of the many North Idaho lakes and during the winter you will find her on the mountains enjoying a nice day of skiing.

Born and raised in Coeur d' Alene, I began my career in building in high school framing around N. Idaho walking walls, placing trusses and scared of heights.
I would go on to side some homes, roof some roofs and eventually break into the renewable energy world of building. I would be the sales and operations director for a renewable energy company, operating in over 20 states in the South, California to North Carolina. I worked to build out the team for the largest solar company acquisition in the world to date (Sunpro Solar -> ADT Solar).
I now run RevoluSun Solar in North Idaho and Eastern Washington. I am so proud to be the Premier Tesla Energy installer for our area, bringing our community the absolute best in energy independence at the absolute best quality.
You'll see me around town in my '04 Tundra trying to hit 400,000 miles, tracking fresh powder for skiing, or planning my next adventure with Sara.
